Rugby
"Rugby is not just a game, it is an experience, an experience in which one must
give a lot of himself and expect little in return.
Little that is, if the definition o flittle is the feeling one has at the end of
a hard fought contest and the opponents three cheers are still ringing in your ears.
When you feel tired and sore but somehow satisfied, as you sit at the beginning of
the party, then after a few beers, those sore and tired muscles begin to loosen up and
you hear a chorus rumbling in the background.
It's at this time when you hear the home team calling on you to sing them a song.
The rewards from playing rugby are not things you can touch or feel, but things that
will stay in your mind, forever.
These memories and good timesare, to this rugger, the things that make every cold, wet
practice; every mud soaked game; every last gut wrenching sprint; all worthwhile."
